Shipping Destinations
RAM Home Decor currently ships to the United States, Canada, and select international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact our support team for further assistance.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once an order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be modified. Customers should review all shipping details before completing their purchase.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, RAM Home Decor is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking & Multiple Shipments
- Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has been shipped.
- Orders containing multiple items may arrive separately due to fulfillment from different warehouse locations.
International Shipping Policy
For international orders, customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their respective countries. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient, and RAM Home Decor does not cover or reimburse these costs. Customers should check with their local customs office for estimated charges before placing an order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
RAM Home Decor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered packages due to address entry errors by the customer.
If a package is marked as "Delivered" but has not been received:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or the front desk (for apartments and office buildings).
- Allow 48 hours as carriers sometimes mark deliveries early.
- Contact the carrier (USPS, FedEx, DHL) with the tracking number for further assistance.
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, customers should email customercare@ramhomedecor.com for assistance with a replacement.
Returns & Shipping Policy Exclusions
- User-Damaged Items: RAM Home Decor does not offer refunds for items that have been damaged due to customer use. Customers should refer to the Return Policy for more details.
- Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable once an item has been dispatched.
- Final Sale Items: Some discounted or clearance items may be classified as final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
